Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how New Invoice Generator (“we,” “us,” or “the site”) handles information when you use the invoice generator at newinvoice-generator.com.
Invoice details and browser storage
The invoice editor automatically saves the current draft in local storage in the browser you are using. A draft can include business and customer names and contact details, invoice dates and terms, line items, amounts, notes, payment instructions, and an uploaded logo. The site does not send or sync that invoice content to an account or application database.
Local storage stays in that browser profile on that device until it is cleared. It is not a cloud backup. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to see the saved draft, so avoid shared devices and clear the site’s stored data when you no longer need it. Do not enter information you do not want saved in that browser.
Information involved in delivering the website
When your browser opens the site, the hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as the requested page and connection details. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts to display its typography. Those requests go to Google’s font servers and are subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. The hosting provider’s practices are described in Replit’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising and cookies
This site does not currently display advertisements or use Google AdSense. If advertising is enabled in the future, Google and other participating ad technology providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Depending on your settings and applicable law, advertising cookies may be used to personalize ads based on visits to this site or other sites.
Before ads are served, this policy will be updated to identify the advertising vendors in use and explain the choices available. You can manage Google personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings; you can also visit YourAdChoices for choices from participating companies. Google’s explanation of publisher privacy disclosures is available in its AdSense required-content guidance.
If we serve AdSense ads to people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework as required by Google’s consent rules. Required consent choices will be presented before relevant advertising technologies are used.
